Exciting news, we are officially back to in person training!
Our new location is the Sand Hills Community Wellness Center in Kendall Park. We will be meeting Sundays from 11:00am to 3:00pm. We’re also implementing some new programs on top of our standard combat classes, so check out the flyers or our website for more info. This will be the start of some big changes for the school, so stay tuned and we hope to see you there!

In this video, Sifu gets into a little of the technique and how that relates to the reality of standing in front of a determined, violent opponent.
