Exciting news, we are officially back to in person training!

Our new location is the Sand Hills Community Wellness Center in Kendall Park. We will be meeting Sundays from 11:00am to 3:00pm. We’re also implementing some new programs on top of our standard combat classes, so check out the flyers or our website for more info. This will be the start of some big changes for the school, so stay tuned and we hope to see you there!

Check out our latest video drop, introducing a new series we’ll be doing on speed and power!

Here’s a little teaser from the next one, going into an exercise we call “Swat the Fly” and how it teaches you to relax your arm and drastically increase speed of your punches and hand strikes.

Hey everyone, check out our new video on combination striking. In this video, Sifu gets into a little of the technique and how that relates to the reality of standing in front of a determined, violent opponent. In future videos we'll go further into technique and application, and show you different ways of developing power, speed, and precision in your movement. As always feel free to reach out with any questions or comments!
