I don’t know where to begin. In late September, this group of eight BLET cadets came together to begin a new journey together. I have served as a School Director for 10 years, but this was my first class offering for the new curriculum that went into effect statewide on January 1, 2025. Across the state other programs averaged a 40-50% loss rate from start to finish and no program had graduated all the students that they started with. Today, this group of eight defied all odds and became the first class in the state to graduate every student that began the program. I am extremely proud of each of them for their hard work and for my instructional staff for helping them accomplish this amazing accomplishment.
