Each week, we are working on a strategy from our Positive Responses to Conflict Wheel. This week's strategy is Positive Questions. This is used to check for intent. With a polite voice and positive body language, you ask one of the following questions: "Do you mean to ______?" or "Did you know that ______?" This creates an opportunity for the conflict to be resolved with a simple apology.

Our halls have been buzzing with excitement as we welcomed both new and returning faces back into our building! We’ve loved seeing our students reconnect with friends, meet their teachers, explore their classrooms, and jump right back into the Mountain View spirit. 🥰📚✨
