With the news of a nearby childcare center closing its doors, we know many local families and early childhood educators are suddenly facing an unexpected transition.
We’ve heard from so many families trying to figure out what comes next. Choosing the people and place you trust with your child is such a personal decision — and having to make that decision unexpectedly can feel incredibly overwhelming.
Our hearts are with every family navigating that change. We hope you find a place where your child feels safe, known, loved, and excited to walk through the doors each morning. 🤍
And to the teachers and staff affected by this transition, the work you have done matters. The relationships you built matter. The love, patience, and care you poured into those children doesn’t disappear because a building closes its doors. You have made a difference in their lives, and we hope you find a new place where those gifts are valued.
Moments like these are also a reminder that our childcare community is just that — a community. We may have different names on our buildings, but at the end of the day, we are all entrusted with caring for this community’s littlest people.
