It is with great excitement and honor that Stewart Elementary announces the 2021-2022 campus Teacher of the Year, Ms. Casey Welch. Ms. Welch is a part of Stewart’s special education team and teaches in the Structured Learning Lab program. Ms. Welch puts all of her creativity, passion, and expertise into providing an exceptional learning experience for her students as well as ensuring that her students have every opportunity possible to experience the joy, excitement, and pride of being a Stewart Seagull. It is truly a privilege to count Ms. Welch among the wonderful staff here at Stewart Elementary. Congratulations, Ms. Welch!
