A 13‑year old girl in California was recently attacked by a man while walking home from school.

She’d trained Jiu Jitsu for just 3 years and used her skills to defend herself and end the attempted assault leaving the man screaming on the ground with a broken ankle after being taken down by the teenage girl.

This allowed her to get safely away.

That’s what good training does. It gives kids options when things go wrong awareness, control, and a path to safety.

Imagine if this was your daughter. This could have gone horribly wrong.
