Sapulpa Genealogy Club Sapulpa Genealogy Club is an extension of Oklahoma Home & Community Education (OHCE). This is about 4 miles west of Sapulpa on Hwy 66.

Meeting at 10am,1st Tuesday, each month, in the conference room of the OSU Extension office, Creek County Fairgrounds.

The Sapulpa Genealogy Club has resumed meetings on the first Tuesday each month at 10:00 a.m. in the conference room at the OSU Extension / Creek County Fairgrounds office.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we suspended our meetings in April of 2020. We welcome visitors to attend the meetings and programs each month. Safety is our top priority and Mask are required unless you have had the Covid-19 Vaccine shots.

If you have paid to have you DNA tested and are confused about the 'Match' list you received, then come join us at our June 4th meeting. We will discuss how to read the list and how you can use it to find lost relatives.
Bring a copy of a page or two of your Match List with you. No need for the entire list.

UPDATE: Our meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of each month at the OSU Extension Office meeting room, Creek County Fairgrounds offices. This month's meeting is the 7th. The meeting begins at 10:00 a.m. with the program immediately following, about 10:30 if I don't talk too much.
The program will be a Webinar by Blaine Bettinger titled 'The Who of Genetic Genealogy'. Blaine is a foremost authority on using DNA results in Genealogy.
Guest are always welcome to attend our meetings as well as the programs we present. We hope you will join us for this informative presentation.

Steve King, of the Tulsa Genealogical Society, will present a program on Tracing Your Ancestors Military Records. Invite your friends. Steve is an excellent speaker!

The OHCE Summer Council meeting will be Thursday, July 19th, 11am, in the dinning hall of the Creek County Fairgrounds. Main course will be hot dogs, so bring a dish to share! See you there.
