Tomorrow marks year 9️⃣ in education for me.
Eight groups of kiddos I have spend 10 month getting to know and love.
Eight groups of kiddos that will ‘Change The World 🌎 ‘
Eight groups of kiddos who needed me as much as I needed them.
Today, I remind those that step into a classroom tomorrow (in person or online) that many of the kiddos in this group have experienced their darkest 6 month and you are the 💡 light they have been praying for.

Love them fiercely!! 💕

My head feels so heavy... I lean to hold it up. This is ME today. I am mourning. As we look at the future I am reminded I never got to say goodbye to last years kids, I am grieving the inability to hug my new kids on Meet The Teacher, the inability to comfort each other through this social distancing world. The JOY I get from my job is in the small moments in my classroom with my kiddos. I’m going to miss those moments.
