If your lawn took a beating this summer, don't give up on it yet.
Weeks of North Texas heat can leave even a healthy lawn looking thin, faded, or stressed.
The temptation is to start throwing treatments at it trying to make it green again.
Sometimes the better answer is patience.
Before deciding something is wrong, I look at the grass, watering, sunlight, soil conditions, and what has changed throughout the season.
A stressed lawn and an unhealthy lawn aren't always the same thing.
