🤸We all think play is for toddlers but our guest this week on the Homeschool Connections Podcast says that the older we get, the more we may realize it looks like mental flow state.

That “hard fun” feeling is real because the challenge pulls you in, your brain relaxes because it’s engaged, and you become way more open to learning - this is why even teens need play time.

Play doesn’t disappear with age. It just changes shape. And honestly, that might be the best part.
