Stop. Drop. Roll. Three simple words that can teach little learners one very important lesson.

We help children understand fire safety in ways that feel approachable, memorable, and empowering.

Through hands-on practice and real-world connections with community firefighters, children can learn what it means to stay safe and what to do in an emergency.

Founded by the Brown family over 29 years ago, Children’s Lighthouse remains 100% family-owned and completely free from private equity influence. That means our strategic decisions align with your long-term success, not short-term venture yields.

When you join Children’s Lighthouse, you join a family. You’ll know us by name, and we’ll know yours!

Community helpers by day. Nocturnal creatures by night. October has a little bit of everything! 🚒🌙🦉

Our classrooms are buzzing with questions as children discover different careers, learn more about the communities around them, and uncover what happens in the animal world after the sun goes down.

In April of this year, Children’s Lighthouse was at The National Franchise Show in Orlando to share our plans to expand further into Central and Southwest Florida.

As we continue developing in Florida, we are focused on predicting population growth and demand for early education, and are excited to connect with entrepreneurs who are looking for opportunities in a recession-resistant and essential category.

Fall break, teacher workdays, holiday breaks, and long weekends can add up quickly for working families.

At participating Children’s Lighthouse schools, the xSTREAM Quest® program gives school-age children a place to spend those days having fun, staying active, and connecting with friends while parents have a care plan they can count on.

Children’s Lighthouse of New Braunfels owner, Ashley Hempton, recently joined KENS 5’s Great Day San Antonio to show how a colorful fall craft can become a hands-on learning experience for little learners. 🍂🎨

While creating stained glass fall leaves, children can explore why leaves change color, experiment with layering tissue paper, and discover what happens when light passes through different materials.

Tearing, placing, and arranging each piece also gives little hands plenty of fine motor practice along the way.
