I have a student that used to complain about this but now he asks if we can do another one. It has really helped him pay attention to detail. And he likes doing it. We use it as a warm-up before we start doing the other things that we’re going to do each day.
We are really working on becoming “word noticers” and he is now really starting to notice many things.
