Our first game is this Friday, and we can’t do it without our amazing band family! Donating just one hour of your time makes a huge impact on the success of our students' game day. We are looking for parent volunteers to sign up for meal donations, help serve the game day meal, or manage sales at the booster table during the game.

This is the perfect, hands-on opportunity to get involved, meet other parents, and support our incredible students. Even if your child isn’t in marching band, we would love for you to join us. The money we raise doesn’t just go to marching season—it supports our entire band program as a whole.

Hey Band Fam!
We still have a few open volunteer and donation slots for our upcoming team meal. If you’re able to pitch in, please check out the sign-up sheet and grab a spot to help us feed the kids!

Also, custom photo buttons are still available! They are a fantastic way to show off your student and support the band. If you haven't ordered yours yet—or want to grab a few extra for family—just reach out and let us know.

It was so nice meeting everyone who came out to the band parent meeting! Getting right into our first meal of the season, we plan to serve nachos to feed the students. We’ve put together a list of the minimum supplies needed to help make this happen.

Please take a look at the sign-up list attached to this post. If you are able to send in food donations, we would greatly appreciate your help! If there is an item not listed that you would like to provide, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

Non-perishable items can be sent with your student and dropped off in the band hall. It is very important that these items are labeled “BAND BOOSTER DONATIONS” along with the date of the game they are being provided for, so we can keep everything organized with the band directors. For example, all items for this first meal would be labeled “BAND BOOSTER DONATIONS 08/28”.

Did you know that we’re having parent meetings this week??

We’ll be going over all of the things that you and your student need to know to have a successful year in band. Please join us to get all of the info, pick up/drop off student forms, pay band fees, learn how you can support your student, and meet the Charger Band directors!

The junior high meeting is at 4pm, and the high school meeting is at 5pm. Marching band student call time for Meet the Chargers is immediately after the high school parent meeting.

We’ll see you Thursday! 💙
