🥋 What a great Monday!

I started the day with a one-hour private training session with Grandmaster DeMasco PhD, founder of Steve DeMasco’s Martial Arts. No matter how long I’ve been training and teaching, it’s important to keep learning, improving, and remembering that I’m always a student first.

From there, it was a full day of teaching classes, and several of our Student Leadership Team Members came in to assist throughout the day.

Here’s a quick video clip of some of our Student Leadership Team Members helping lead the warm-up for one of our classes. It’s great to see them stepping up, building confidence, helping others, and continuing to grow as leaders.

🎉🥋 Happy 8th Birthday, Elliott!

We had such a great time celebrating Elliott’s BIG 8th Birthday at our studio today!

Thank you to Elliott, his family, and all of his friends for choosing to celebrate with us. It was a fun afternoon filled with martial arts, games, laughs, and great memories.

🥋 Thursday classes were great!

We had a busy night with our Tigers, Dragons, and Adults, along with some new kids and adults coming in to try their first classes. It’s always exciting to welcome new faces and see them getting started.

Our students were also training hard for the upcoming 2026 SDSS New Hampshire Martial Arts Tournament, putting in extra work on their Sword Sparring and getting ready for tournament day.

Great energy, great effort, and a lot of fun on the training floor tonight!

🥋 Let’s give a BIG welcome to Rithvik!

We’re excited to have Rithvik join us and begin his martial arts journey. It’s always great to see a new student step onto the training floor, learn new skills, build confidence, and become part of our martial arts community.

Today, Rithvik got started learning some of the basics and experiencing what our classes are all about. We’re looking forward to seeing his progress as he continues training.

🥋 What a great Monday of classes!

The studio was busy from start to finish, with lots of great training and several new students coming in for their very first class. It’s always exciting to welcome new faces and see them take that first step in their martial arts journey.

We’re also continuing to prepare for the upcoming 2026 SDSS New Hampshire Martial Arts Tournament on Saturday, October 17th, 2026. Students will be working in class on their techniques, forms, sparring, and tournament preparation as we get closer to the big day.
