What makes a good instructor?
Years on the job in good.
Years teaching is good.
Certification and accreditation is good.
But as the saying goes… do you have 30 years of experience? Or, do you have 1 year of experience 30 times?
Students respond to dynamic, down to earth education. If you cannot successfully teach complex pathophysiology to a 5th grader in terms he can understand, you are just broadcasting to an empty room.
I don’t need to sell this case… we have all sat through classes where the instructor said a lot… but you left more confused than ever.
Education is an art, as much as it is a matrix laden profession.
Inspire, deliver, quantify and produce a clinician who not only passes the exam, but accepts the responsibility and voracious appetite to be the best.
This is what we aspire to, this is what we do.
We are so dedicated, we are doing it for free. No noise. No competing priorities. Pure mission.
Want to be the best? Taught by the best?

A well deserved congratulations to the Q2 Vermont Advanced EMT cohort 1.
These students have displayed a higher than the minimum expected knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology. They have mastered the critical thinking required to not only follow protocols, but the ability to synthesize and explain clinical reasoning and expected outcomes.
We are absolutely proud and honored for the opportunity to be a part of their careers.
Great job team!!!
A special thank you to Chester Fire Rescue for hosting the course.
