I tell them, if you talk to me about what’s wrong, then I can help you figure it out and make it better 💕 it takes patience though especially when they are having a fit 😂

When the kids are having melt downs, I try to remind myself..

I get grumpy when I am hungry too.
I get anxious with change too.
I feel frustrated when things don't go my way too.
I get overwhelmed & overstimulated too.

We are all learning, and we ALL need a little patience, a listening ear, and a lot of grace. ❤️
