For the next two Saturdays, Coach Jack will be coaching a Saturday comp class to help students prepare for the upcoming scrimmage at Spectrum. It will be gi and no gi. You do not have to be registered for the scrimmage to attend!

We are only ONE WEEK AWAY from our summer promotion ceremony!

Join us next Sunday, 8/16 from 12PM to 3PM for a giant celebration of our gym members. There will be a whole bunch of promotions (including black belt promotions!), technique instruction, and live rolling.

This event is free and open to our friends from any gym affiliations.

**Please note - we will not have our 1PM Women's BJJ Class this day due to the event, but all our ladies are encouraged to come out for the promotion ceremony!
