UNK is hiring a Construction Services Manager to oversee campus construction activities and serve as the key link between campus stakeholders and the University’s Facilities team.
This is more than a project management role. You will:
• Oversee day-to-day construction operations on campus
• Coordinate multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders
• Manage budgets, contracts, and project ex*****on at the campus level
• Serve as the primary liaison between UNK and system-level capital planning
We’re looking for someone who understands both construction and the business side of projects, someone who can represent the campus, align priorities, and help projects move forward effectively.
If you’ve worked as a senior project manager, owner’s rep, or construction leader and want broader responsibility and influence, this is a strong next step.
