🏃‍♀️🏀 First Grade on the Move! 🦅

Our first graders took learning on the road with a fun-filled field trip to the YMCA! Students had the chance to get moving, try several different physical activities, and enjoy being active alongside their classmates.

Lots of movement, teamwork, smiles, and Eagle Pride made for a great day! 💪💛🦅

Thank you to the YMCA for providing such a fun and active experience for our first graders!

The cranes are coming back to Kearney! Our 5th grade artists are excited to be part of the 4th installment of Cranes on Parade — a public art project that gives back to our community. 🥳

The funds raised from this project, in partnership with the Kearney Dawn Rotary Club, will benefit the following organizations:
- The Safe Center
- FAN (Family Advocacy Network)
- Kearney Sustainable Housing
- The Kearney Children’s Museum

During January/February, the cranes will be mounted on power poles around Kearney. Be on the lookout for a crane scavenger hunt around town in 2027!

A huge THANK YOU to James, our resident Jokester, and Logan, our Night Nest Ninja!

These two work hard behind the scenes every single day to keep Emerson clean, safe, and ready for our Eagles. We appreciate all the hard work, laughs, and care you bring to our school!

We’re lucky to have you both on our Emerson team! 💛🖤
