Another successful competition in the books at the Green Country Regional in Tulsa, OK this past week!

JT is headed to the FIRST Championships to compete for the FIRST Leadership Award as a regional finalist. He will compete for one of the 10 Leadership Award slots amongst 170 finalist entries from across the world!

Team KEARNAGE was honored to win the Industrial Design Award, our second award this season. This award celebrates the team that demonstrates industrial design principles, striking a balance between form, function, and aesthetics.

And we were invited to join the 6th alliance team to compete in the Elimination rounds! Our second opportunity of the season!

And that's a wrap!
This past week, Team KEARNAGE took on Heartland Regional. From Pit Judging to Drive Team, KEARNAGE performed excellently. We ended the weekend as 6th out of 41 teams, got to be an alliance team 5 captain and won the Judges Award! It was an amazing performance all around. Onto Green Country Regional next!

KHS Robotics Alumni - We are looking for YOU!

Come join us for the 2026 Season reveal on January 10th, 2026. Competition theme is Archeology and the challenge is named REBUILT (tm).

Breakfast at 9:30a with the World-Wide Reveal Video starting at 11:00a.

Share your stories and your memories while you see what the team is accomplishing, visit in our spacious lab and observe all the amazing new tech on the bots.

All former KHS Robotics Team members, mentors and coaches are welcome! Please share with your team mates as well.

Location is the Robotics Lab @ the Kearney Jr. High A wing.
