With the rain we received this past weekend it is the perfect time to check your yard for locations where mosquitoes love to breed.
Remember to:
✔️️Check and clean your gutters.
✔️Dump the water in containers which hold water.
✔️Check your trees for tree holes.
✔️Look for puddles or standing water that hangs around for over a week.

We are hosting a retirement celebration for Gary Hatch. We are inviting past employees and others who worked with him to come and celebrate his many years of service.
The celebration will be held on Thursday May 7th between 4 and 6 pm at the district office.

Spring is getting closer and so is mosquito season. We are starting our tree hole operations in early February. Be prepared to see our crew out in the community checking and treating tree holes.

We have detected our first West Nile virus mosquito pool this past week in West Point. We encourage all residents of Davis County to take precautions to protect themselves against mosquito bites.
