Hello Neighbors,

Our quarterly scheduled meeting for this upcoming week on April 11th has been postponed.

Due to the great American Solar Eclipse and our Neighborhood Crime Watch Meeting just days apart we have decided to postpone our meeting until next quarter, July 11, 2024 @ 6:30 pm.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

We would like to thank our Kaufman County Sheriff's Office, Constable's Office, Local Law Enforcement, the Kaufman County Emergency Management team, all First Responders during this highly anticipated event.

Join us for our First Meeting of the year

We invite you to our meeting this Thursday, October 12 at 6pm as we breakdown the most common scams and provide prevention tips to protect yourself and your loved ones 📈

This meeting is open to everyone of all ages. Please like, share, and invite your friends and family 🙂

We encourage everyone to attend. Fraud has no boundaries. It targets the most vulnerable: elderly, young adults, businesses, organizations, etc.

The financial and emotional impact it has on it's victims changes lives and has the ability to impact families.

Come learn about the different types of scams, why the holidays are a peak season for scams, but most importantly what YOU can do to protect yourself and your loved ones.

Please share and invite your neighbors, parents, and family.

We want to thank everyone who attended National Night Out and showed support to your local law enforcement and first responders. It was a GREAT Event.

- Thank you to the College Mound Neighborhood Watch team for planning, making the calls, sending the emails, and coordinating the event 🧡

- Thank you College Mound Fire Department for letting us use your facility and team and for coordinating the helicopter landing with CareFlite ❤️

- Thank you Kaufman County Sheriff's Office for being present everyone enjoyed the Drone and Armor vehicle

- Thank you to Mr. Edwards for taking the time to come out and bless us with your astounding performance of Elvis Presley 💙

- Thank you College Mound Special Utility District for sending two workers to assist with set up
- Thank you Nancy Crow for your Gatorade donations

- Thank you College Mound United Methodist for letting us use two of your tables

Thank you for those that helped with set up and tear down. The list is very long but thank you Everyone.

Don't forget National Night Out is tommorow from 5:30pm - 8:30pm. Spread the word.
- KSO will be present with a drone demonstration and SWAT Armor vehicle 🚔
- CareFlite may land their helicopter 🚁
- Fire Department will have games and apparatuses on display 🚒
- many community members are involved
- Drawing Prizes includes but are not limited to: a bike, a hammock, Film Alley goodie bags, Four Brothers Certificate, Los Hermanos Restaurant Certificate, and more 😀
