McDonald Junior High PTA

Watching our McDonald Jr. High Panthers enjoy the events we host or help host is so rewarding! We were able assist with coordination and monetary support of the 7th and 8th grade end of year field trips and field days, as well as sponsor the activities and food at the 6th grade sign-off this afternoon. Based on all of the smiles, everyone had a great time! The PTA provided games, prizes, photo booth, pizza, drinks, snacks and Icees!

Don't forget to join us this evening at 4:45pm in the cafeteria for our final meeting of the year and help up vote in next year's board members!

If you are still interested in being a part of the board but aren't sure how or where you can best contribute or just want to know more, it's not too late. Feel free to attend the meeting with any questions you may have.

With the 2025-2026 school year coming to an end, we have one final meeting on May 11th at 4:45 in the cafeteria. We will be voting in the new PTA Board for the 2026-2027 school year. In order to do this, we will need a minimum of 10 registered MDJH PTA members. With that being said, there are still several roles available if you would like to help make next year even better!

The PTA was so happy to be able to help with the staff appreciation week festivities! For our final staff event, we provided a 'Sip and Dips' bar that included a mocktail and soda bar and assorted chips and dips! Thank you McDonald Jr. High staff for all you do!

McDonald Junior High PTA was thrilled to be able to provide the campus with a custom back drop, light-up marquee letters and foliage decor to help events and ceremonies feel a little extra special for our McDonald Jr. High students!

Some of our McDonald Jr. High volunteers were able to attend this years Katy ISD Partners in Education VIPS Celebration, and as usual it was such an inspiring event! Lovely speeches from area leaders, exceptional performances from KISD students, comradery with fellow volunteers and school/district representatives For our volunteers that were unable to attend, we hope you are able to make it next year!

Celebrating our incredible team of Lunch Heroes today! These McDonald Jr. High cafeteria ladies truly are heroes and we 'Thank You Bunches For Our Lunches'! We appreciate everything you do!

Just a little thank you for our bus drivers to let them know how much we appreciate them safely driving our Panthers back and forth to school! The PTA provided a 'fueling' station for drivers to make a snack bag to go!

Last call to join us for the VIPS Celebration! We want EVERYONE who volunteered this year to be able to come out and enjoy this amazing event, so help us fill all of the seats at the McDonald Jr. High table!
