School’s out, but healthy meals are still on the table!

FREE summer meals are back in Katy ISD beginning May 28.

Children 18 and younger can enjoy free breakfast and lunch at select Katy ISD campuses throughout the summer. Meal service dates and times vary by location, including Hutsell Elementary, Schmalz Elementary, Opportunity Awareness Center, MRHS, MCHS and PHS.

Students also have access to lunch-only service at select high school locations.

On the last day of school for staff, we had the opportunity to celebrate Dr.McWashington and our Staff Members of the week! What an amazing way to end the day!

The halls are quiet now… but the memories made here will echo far beyond this school year.

From early mornings to late nights, pep rallies to classroom victories, friendships formed to lessons learned, this year was filled with moments that made McDonald Junior High special.

These empty hallways once held laughter, growth, challenges, celebrations, and countless memories that our Panthers will carry with them long after summer begins.

To our students, staff, and families, thank you for making this year one to remember. Your hard work, heart, and Panther pride helped create something truly special.
