Before the school year ends, we want to wish an amazing Happy Birthday to our May & June STAFF Birthdays. 🎂 🎁 🎈

We had a great day with our Librarian Half Day student winner from the Silent Auction at the Bison Ball. We started with being on the announcements, had a Librarian lunch, worked on the Stick Together Poster, did some inventory, answered the phone, scanned student checkouts, printed and delivered some ID badges, and had a great Elephant and Piggie read aloud to several classes! It was a magical time!

Today was Magic Monday in the Library! We looked at the traditional tale The Little Red Hen and read The Little Red Fort. We found lots of similarities and differences between the original tale and the adaptation. In both stories, a set of characters learned the lesson, “If you don’t share the work, you don’t get to share the reward.” Then we worked as a pair or individually to build a mini fort.
