Good morning and happy Monday! Looking for a way to start your week off on the right foot? Try this workout from the PEAMs Challenge Choice Board!

AMRAP (As Many Repetitions As Possible) Workout:
Set a one minute timer and do as many push-ups as you can for one minute. Take a 30-45 second break then repeat this process (one minute workout, 30-45 second break) for sit-ups, bur-pees, jumping jacks, and frog jumps. Once you have gone through all five workouts, that equals one round. Do at least two more rounds and try to beat the number of repetitions from your previous round each time!
