OTHS and Tays JH is having their annual “Night of Jazz” THIS Saturday on April 18th!

On March 28th, the Tays Jazz Ensemble performed at the Sam Houston Jazz Festival! Overall, they scored 1st place in the Middle School Division! We are beyond proud of all the work they put in for this competition! Go Titans! ❤️🎶

On April 1st, the Symphonic Winds performed at their UIL Concert and Sight-reading evaluation. We are beyond proud of their growth over the school year and their progress as musicians. Go Titans! ❤️🎶

Yesterday, the Concert Winds performed at their UIL Concert and Sight-reading evaluation. They received straight 1’s from all 6 judges. We are beyond proud of their growth over the school year and their progress as musicians. Go Titans! ❤️🎶

With the TMEA Region 23 Band Clinic and Concert taking place this weekend, we want to recognize the 67 Tompkins Band members who earned spots or alternate spots in the region band. Earning a spot in the region band is the result of countless hours of practice and hard work and we are proud of everyone who auditioned.

We are so incredibly proud of Connor, Collin, and Alexander and the Tays Orchestra for their performances with the Region 23 Symphony Orchestra! They represented Tays Junior High well! ❤️🎶

Today was an absolute blast with the Tays Junior Band and Orchestra! ❤️🎶
