Passion Project- “Empowering Young Ambitions"
Recently I had an opportunity to welcome three sophomores from Tompkins high school on my podcast, Energy Insights with Rakhi.
Aaryaa, Manha, and Ben are members of the FBLA Club (Future Business Leaders of America) and have been pursuing some interesting projects.
During the podcast, they shared their journey of setting up the enterprise, running the ex*****on, their strengths and weakness as a team and entrepreneurship in general, along with their future goals for the business they envision for themselves. It was inspiring to hear about their FBLA journey and the life skills they gained from the "American Enterprise Development" Project. They have few very valuable takeaways for the forthcoming FBLA aspirants.
I truly value their spontaneous insights to this podcast episode , especially given the brief notice of couple of hours.
Supporting the youth lead perspective matters, and empowering the youth is the best way to future-proof leadership. Let's continue to encourage young ambitions and provide them with the necessary resources to thrive.
