Maygelia is the proud mom of two Jenks Jaguars and is honored to serve on the Jenks PTA Board.

With a background in Chemical Engineering and professional experience in the oil and gas industry, Maygelia now pursues her passions as an entrepreneur.

She enjoys planning and organizing, baking, and creating meaningful experiences for her family and community.

Dedicated to serving others, Maygelia loves volunteering at Jenks and believes that strong schools are built through engaged families and a supportive community.

She is excited to continue working alongside fellow PTA volunteers, staff, and families to make this another wonderful year at Jenks. We're so grateful to have her passion and dedication as part of our PTA team! 💜🐆 [email protected]

💜🐆 Celebrating Our Amazing Teachers & Staff! 🐆💜

What better way to welcome our teachers and staff back than with a special Welcome Back Luncheon planned and hosted by the Jenks PTA!

From preparing the details to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, our PTA volunteers came together to say THANK YOU to our teachers and staff for all they do for our Jaguars.

💜 We are so grateful for the dedication, heart, and hard work of our Jenks teachers and staff. You inspire our students every day, and we are proud to support you!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this luncheon possible. Together, we make our Jaguar family stronger!

🎉 Jenks Families... meet Gabriela! 💜🐆💜

Gabriela is proud to call both the United States and Venezuela home. She moved to the U.S. over a decade ago and is the devoted mom of a cheerful 3rd grader at Jenks.

With a successful career in marketing and design, Gabriela brings creativity, organization, and a passion for connecting with others. She strives to balance her work, family time, and giving back to her community.

Gabriela enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying actively involved in her daughter's education.

After previously serving as Historian, Gabriela is excited to begin her second year in the ELL role. She looks forward to continuing to support our Jenks families and helping create an inclusive and welcoming community for all. 💜🐆 [email protected]

Originally from Dallas, Melissa has called Katy home since 2015. Before choosing to stay home with her two children, she worked in accounting for the largest not-for-profit health system in Texas.

Melissa is the proud mom of two children—one daughter entering 5th grade and one son starting 2nd grade this year.

She enjoys running, Pilates, coffee, traveling, and creating lasting memories with her family and friends.

Melissa is excited to capture and preserve the special moments of our Jenks students and faculty as they make new memories throughout the school year.

💜🐆 Jenks Families... meet Julie Lerro!!! 💜🐆

Julie is the proud mom of two amazing children at Adams and Jenks. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she and her family made Katy their home last year after several adventures along the way. She loves exploring new places, getting lost in a good book, and giving back to her community through volunteering.

Julie is excited to serve in her very first PTA leadership role and is looking forward to supporting our students, staff, and families. She is passionate about building relationships, creating meaningful experiences for our school community, and making every family feel welcome.
