Strength. Flexibility. Body control. Performance. 🔥 What are you doing to improve your flying / air skills? 👀
It’s important flyers understand—this is NOT your identity. No one is just a “flyer.” You are what the coach in front of you needs you to be.
The athletes who succeed are the ones who can transition, adapt, and step into any role—because that’s what makes a team stronger 💪
If you want a shot at flying, you better be putting in consistent work… because there’s always someone else grinding for that same spot.

Another busy tryout week in the books 💪🔥
Over 50 hours in the gym, working with some incredible athletes - and I’ve loved every second of it.
With so much talent in this area, it’s never easy. Some amazing cheerleaders didn’t make the teams they were aiming for, but everyone who walked in leveled up… that’s what this journey is all about 💪🔥
Competing with the best in your school to prepare for the best in the NATION 🏆 It’s go time—good luck to all my athletes, go show them what you’ve got! 🙌

That’s a wrap on KISD Jr High Tryouts! 📣✨
Huge congratulations to all my new Jr High cheerleaders! Right now it’s all smiles and cute bows 🎀 — but before long, you’ll be getting your face stepped on and competing for state and national championships!

The work starts now, the grind gets real, and the memories will last forever. So proud of each of you already. Enjoy every minute of the ride!
