KMS is in need of sweatshirts for students. If you’d like to help please see the post below.

We are in need of support from the community. Students are in need of help, especially on the colder days we are sure to have coming soon. To help our students, the school is accepting donations of new sweatshirts from our community. For these solid sweatshirts, Red, Navy Blue, Black, Grey and White are acceptable and falls under the dress code. This also allows students to borrow a sweatshirt for the day if needed. We keep washing sweatshirts and have come up short lately. Pictured is an example of what we are currently accepting. (note no hoods please). THANK YOU FOR THE SUPPORT! We will post when we have met our goal/storage capacity.

Congratulations to the KHS FFA Citrus Judging team and Environmental Science team for qualifying for State.
Citrus Team- Sylvia Summerlin, Ashley Kelley, Grace Kelley and Savannah Knutsen.

Environmental Science- Sylvia Summerlin, Ashley Kelley, Ryan Grau and Kaiya Isbell.
Ryan was the 8th high individual overall.

Congrats to KMS FFA Tool ID team for making it to the state contest!! Students tested on November 2 in the Fall Prelims and placed 11th in the state. Congrats to Kaylub who was the teams high score and ranking 38th in the state. Great job!!

Are you ready to share your intent to become an agriculture teacher? Sign up for one of our Tagged to Teach Ag Declaration Events at the 2021 National FFA Convention and Expo! This year, the NAAE National Teach Ag Campaign will host two declaration events on Thursday, October 28, and two declaration events on Friday, October 29. All declaration events will take place at the NAAE National Teach Ag Campaign booth ( #2535) during the 2021 National FFA Expo.
