💜💚 Happy Fall Break, MAPS Families! 🍂🐉

MAPS Families,

What a wonderful start to October we've had at MAPS! I am so proud of our little Dragons and incredibly thankful for the families who help make our school such a special place. It has been so much fun seeing our students learning, growing, and making memories together! 💜

📬 Attached, you'll find this week's Parent Newsletter and our Guest Lunch flyer with dates for the entire school year. Please take a moment to review both, and be sure to notice the change to one of our November Guest Lunch dates due to the Veterans Day holiday.

🍁 As we head into Fall Break, I hope you and your family have time to slow down, relax, and enjoy making some sweet memories together! Thank you for sharing your precious children with us each day. It truly is a joy to be part of their lives!

We can't wait to welcome everyone back on Monday, October 19th!

​MAPS and MAES are teaming up for an outdoor Movie Night featuring BIG HERO 6!

​Grab your lawn chairs and blankets and join us for a fun family evening under the stars! 🍿✨

​📅 When: Tuesday, October 27, 2026 | 6:00–8:00 PM
📍 Where: On the lawn at MAPS (150 Talton Rd.)
🎟️ Entry Bundle: $10 Dragon Movie Night Bundle (Includes 2 slices of pizza, 2 sodas, and 2 bags of popcorn; one bundle per family required for entry). Additional concessions will be available for purchase!

Please fill out the ticket form at the bottom of the flyer and return it with payment to your student's teacher by Friday, October 23! Payment can be made via Cash or Cash App ($MAPSPTO).

We want to give a HUGE shoutout to Brittany Brooks, Senior Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage, for generously providing lunch for our MAPS teachers and staff today! 🥪🥗💜

We are so grateful for community partners who go above and beyond to show appreciation for the incredible educators and staff members who pour their hearts into our students each day! 💚
