Tonight I will be going live with to discuss the ever changing situation for beauty professionals in NY and across the nation.

In light of the bill proposed in Arizona, it is essential that we begin to form a leadership team to combat politicians for enacting (or trying to enact) policies that are detrimental to our Beauty license.

It is imperative that we meet with local officials to voice our concern. We are tax paying citizens. We have worked hard for our license. Let’s do something about this.

This Friday we will be meeting with individuals and companies that can help us turn this around.

Remember “when it rains, it doesn’t rain on one man’s house.” Let’s stick together and help one another.

Let me tell y’all, Tiffany has been nothing but a blessing to the GEMS group! This young woman continues to surpass her goals; she has the consistency of an amazing leader. Her presence if felt throughout the group and I’m confident other people see it too.

Just for transparency purposes: I don’t make any money from GEMS. I don’t offer high ticket coaching. I made a promise that my sole income wouldn’t come from high ticket mentorship. On average we meet 7x per month which is about $8 per meeting per person. I do it for the women like Those committed to excellence and creating a true path for beauty professionals

She drove two hours to bring me some nanoneedles that I left behind. She drove two hours to vibe with me and discuss her business moves. Her tenacity is to be respected.

I show my gratitude out loud. Especially for those that continue to support me throughout it all. I know Tiffany can select any mentor out her in these social media streets. But, she chooses to rock with GEMS.

So, again, a huge thank you for being who you are. I am rooting for you. Keep up the fantastic work.

GEMS - Goal Getting Estheticians Motivated by Success

I am proud to say is a mentee.

Over the last three years I have helped over 70 Estheticians reach between 10k-$25k consistently. Most of my members can tell you even after they “retire” from the program, they still me rooting for them. For me, it’s not about the money; it’s about their success.

GEMS is a $60 investment (monthly) that offers you insight, mentorship, and focus! I teach numerous classes on business development and artificial intelligence.

I am damn proud of and how far she has come. I appreciate your ability to overcome challenges and persevere through frustration. The sky is truly not your limit, just another place for you to reach.

Tomorrow, GEMS will have their final meeting of the month. They will provide updates on their goals. I will also be going over using AI to apply for grants.

The intimateskincare series with started during the pandemic in 2020. I released multiple additions over the last few years. It wasn’t until 2023 that I would finally complete it.
