Aloha Angels

Aloha Angels Aloha Angels has raised $2 million, and seeks to raise millions more, to support teachers and students on the Hawaiian island of Kauai.

An outgrowth of Adopt a Classroom and other education programs created by the Rotary Club of Hanalei Bay, Aloha Angels has generated more than $1 million in donations, and seeks to raise millions more. Those funds have been used to: buy computers, train teachers in technology, buy a new reading curriculum and classroom supplies, and pay for field trips. Volunteers are also recruited to help teachers in the classroom. Aloha Angels is now a donor advised fund at Hawaii Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Its tagline: Philanthropists Partnering for a More Perfect Kaua`i.
