One last week of memories before summer ☀️
We kicked things off at English Landing Park with sunshine, laughter, games, and time together as a NCAPS family. It’s hard to believe another year is coming to a close, but we’re soaking up every moment of this final week with our incredible associates! 💙

Instructor Appreciation Week, but make it ✨90’s mystery✨🔍 Our staff traded their usual roles for detective work as pop stars, grunge legends, and suspicious fires set the scene. Turns out solving mysteries is just another hidden talent of ours.
So grateful for the energy, care, and fun they bring to our program every day. 💛

🎰✨ Talk about raising the stakes!
Gloabl Business + Logistics associate, Jameson recently planned and hosted a Vegas-themed volunteer banquet for the City of Excelsior Springs — and it was a huge success!
The team was beyond impressed with the professionalism, leadership, and energy he brought to the event, and most importantly… everyone had an absolute blast! 🎲♠️♥️
Way to go Jameson! 👏

Celebrating our incredible Liberty Hospital seniors as they step into their next chapter (decked out in their college gear)! 🎓
While this post highlights just a few, it represents all of our seniors across the program. We’re so proud of the growth, dedication, and impact each of you has made during your time at Northland CAPS.
We’re sad to see you go, but so excited for everything ahead. Once a NCAPS associate, always a NCAPS associate. 💙

Honored to celebrate 5 incredible business partners at our End of Year Celebration last week! 🎉
Global Business + Logistics named as its Outstanding Business Partner of the Year. 👏
You can see why every year through the impact they make with our student associates—from meaningful real-world projects and capstone presentations to internships where students are trusted to contribute and grow. That impact was especially evident yesterday during the student associate capstone presentations, where the Keystone team shared how impressed they were with all of the students.
Kevin McGinnis, President & CEO, shared that one associate especially will be leaving a legacy with Keystone that will have a lasting impact not only on future NCAPS students, but on students across the KC metro.
Thank you, Keystone, for believing in our students and investing in their futures. Your impact is lasting, and we are proud to partner with you!
