My goal is to collectively learn, research and apply the 9 tenants of the Happiest, Longest Living people on earth. Community is one of the Tenants that I’m most interested in.

There are several books and a Netflix series. The first book is the one I have read.

And it would be fun to pick one of the Blue Zone cities and take a research trip.

I want it to be more than a Book Club ❤️!

Here's a rule of thumb that will help you: If you believe that something is good, and you do it, it benefits you. If you believe that something is bad, and you do it, it is a very detrimental experience.

When I first started selling Real Estate and up until recently (so about 9 years) - I wouldn't even look at homes for my cool postings in the Mission Hills Neighborhood because they were just too outrageously big and too much $.

I am now appreciating just the beauty of them without all the blocks! To me homes that I curate for my www.facebook.com/urbancoolkcliving Page and my https://www.facebook.com/fabuloushomesbyfranny/ are just amazing to look at - like art. I am a Curator of Cool and Fabulous Homes. The more I am in a state of joy in life the more good things come to me.

What do you block because its "too much $" or "beyond your ability to think you could ever have it"? Whatever you want that you believe is out of your ability to have for whatever reason, if you would turn your thoughts to the joy, beauty, fun of that thing or career or relationship and just stay in that idea and joy for as long as you can before you go to the "Yeah Butts" - you are on your way to it coming into your life easier.

Every subject is really two subjects, with what is wanted on one end of the stick, and the absence of what is wanted on the other end. Sometimes you are a perfect vibrational match to the unwanted end of the stick but you don’t realize it because it feels normal to you. And that is only because it is more usual for you to talk about the problem rather than the solution.

Through my studies and practice of both A course In Miracles and Law of Attraction/Abraham-Hicks I believe the best skill to develop to be Happy in this life is the skill of Changing Your Perception. When you are in a situation that you don't like what do you do to change your perception?

You have to discipline your mind to not go there.
