Due to non existing oversite of 501c3 non profits. "We The People" have been tasked with, and right fully so with establishing oversite groups to police nonprofits. I t has become so easy to receive and exemption from federal taxable profits. That killer buyer have applied and received them as well. Unbelievable, and if it wasn't for the fact that it's it of public record I would have believed it. After consulting two different laws offices to gain knowledge of and on the subject of Nonprofit Operations completely different from Nonprofit Corporation. Although both are Incorporated by state law in the states the incorporated. It doesn't follow that all nonprofits are federally incorporated under federal statute. limiting their protection at federal level. more so than Federally incorporated nonprofits under federal statute.
Difference is an individual can gain nonprofit tax exempt from federal tax. But doesn't establish prosecution immunity at federal level. All unincorporated nonprofits clearly violate the same law that requires them to be registered by every state Treasury they wish to receive donations. It's a clear misconception that persons who have recognized the unregulated area of nonprofit donations. That have as a whole been left to "We The People". To establish oversite. understanding that nonprofits have been that non regulated area that the public donates hundreds of millions per year. I would become so outraged to the fact that donators would buy into this so heavily they would thank these scammers to or their kindness. When the cold hard truth is that by their second year. problem I had was that with the number of followers and the continuous social media coming from that scam camp. They became wealthy over night. The last time I personally checked they had changed to a majority donations received by Grants status with The IRS. I DID VERIFY THEY HAD Purchased Numerous EXPENSIVE EVENTING EQUINE. EITH DONATIONS. that should have saved slaughter bound equine. I understand that Money had been on aid to Allie as CEO. in But I'm not sure if those slaughter bound equine the donation were to save and was filmed in a way that watcher of their page assumed had become safe were loaded and headed to the Canadian boy by midnight.

These disreputable individuals have taken advantage of the lack of oversight to capitalize on unsuspecting buyers. Legitimate equine nonprofits should be required to demonstrate transparency and accountability. However, the actual number of rescues with a solid track record of successfully adopting equine animals to loving homes is nearly nonexistent. I would appreciate documentation of such rescues, as word of mouth is insufficient in the rescue adoption process. Genuine rescues operate with transparency and accountability, unlike those that have become mere businesses. Today, it's the authentic efforts that drive individuals to make a difference. You won't see these pretenders begging for volunteers or showcasing progress updates on past rescues. Instead, they focus on scripted productions, like the infamous 'taming of the wild beast' stories that lack substance. Real rescuers prioritize the animals' futures and are limited by space, often having untrained equine available for adoption at no cost with airtight contracts. With modern technology, such as real-time satellite feed and microchips, genuine rescuers can ensure the animals' well-being. Believe it or not there's rescues that are on this Facebook that I know for a fact that are actually making a career out of scamming people for money no worse than a beggar on the street. Horse trader have always been scammers at least you know what their doing. I'm from Texas where the last equine slaughter facility was located. When Congress quit allowed USDA to take inspect of killed the horse business went from a dollar a pound to $0.30 . Now many are going to the lowest $0.10 The ones that people no longer caring for. Many people buy new horse every year in the riding months sell them during the winter. To keep having to feed him through the winter knowin they will go to slaughter. No money lost sell it for the same price they bought them for. Many are good gentle well trained riding horses. because next year they'll be able to buy another cheap again cuz people are selling them at killer prices from 10-50 cents a pound for grade horse. This little gelding just ran through the ring with an obvious limp in his right hind leg.
It was hard to miss. 💔

The seller said he’d been kicked by another horse and that he’s “still riding fine,” but watching him move told a different story.

He’s sore. And asking a horse to keep being ridden while hurting isn’t fair.

We bid to $600, but his reserve is $800.

Can we raise $800 to bring him in and give him relief so he doesn’t have to keep pushing through pain…so he can rest instead of perform.
