We're so happy that CBB will be open, too!

KCKPS SCHOOL UPDATE | Friday, August 21

KCKPS schools and facilities will be OPEN and operating normally tomorrow, Friday, August 21, with one exception:

Welborn Elementary School will remain CLOSED until further notice.

Buses will run normal routes.

Thank you to our families and staff for your patience and flexibility. We look forward to seeing our students tomorrow!

Is your child planning to try out for a sport this year? If so, he or she will need a physical dated after May 1, 2026.

CBB Tigers can get a sports physical on Tuesday, Aug. 11 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. for $20 cash. (Conferences close for lunch at 1 p.m., but Mr. Kersting will let in Tigers who are there to get a physical.)

6th-grade sports: cross country and track
7th- and 8th-grade sports: basketball, cheerleading, cross country, football, soccer, track, volleyball and wrestling
