We had a delightful day spent working in our PJ’s!!!

Practicing our songs for our winter program,
making pizzas, raking leaves, learning about magnets and making maps of our World🌎are just a few things we have been working on lately.

I’m so grateful to be a guiding light for these precious souls✨

Sweet potato harvest… check out that 4.5 lb potato! Celosia harvest, learning about our bodies, shapes, continents, care of self and our environment.

We will be eating lots of sweet potatoes as we had an abundant harvest!!!

These are some of the latest sweet potato recipes we have explored while developing out palates!
-Roasted sweet potatoes with fresh spinach and tahini dressing
-Sweet potato brownies
-Curried sweet potatoes and chickpeas
