Whitney Shae, PhD Biostatistics student, presented at the Nexus Informatics Conference, powered by BioNexus KC, at Children's Mercy Research Institute on Friday, April 21st. Ms. Shae won a Student Award for her abstract, “Automating Tabulation of Peer-Reviewed Research Publications for NCI-designated cancer centers”. The abstract was one of four selected from approximately 40-abstracts for a platform presentation and a cash prize from BioNexus KC. Amazing job, Whitney!

This health status may be relayed to decision-makers and health professionals anywhere in the world, allowing for situational awareness and immediate, well-informed action in case of a health emergency,” Pritz said.
