Summer Camps and Workshops 2021 at the UMKC Conservatory Academy UMKC is the largest comprehensive, fully accredited university in the Kansas City area with award-winning academic programs and a diverse, inclusive campus.

Celebrating the first UMKC Summer Piano Festival by the numbers: 3 full days, 25 dedicated pianists from 5 time zones, 6 UMKC piano faculty presenting 6 workshops and 2 masterclasses, 2 guided practice sessions, 46 private lessons, 1 final concert, and over 16 gigabytes of lively discussions.

Join us on Sunday, June 14 starting at 11a.m. for virtual Future Stages Festival, a FREE community event that puts a spotlight on hundreds of Kansas City-area youth performers. In an online format this year, the Kauffman Center debuts a full day of compelling performance videos, engaging youth-friendly activities and one-of-a-kind live-streamed content. Congratulations to all students who participated in the 2020 Digital UMKC Spring Festival on May 16! A record number of 72 teachers and studios submitted students to be adjudicated by Conservatory Faculty/Alumni. Brava!
