Rhyme and Reason Preschool of the Arts is a fun, uniquely designed program that stimulates social, emotional, physical, and mental growth. Through a series of unique teaching methods based off some of the philosophies of Reggio Emilia, Rudolf Steiner, and Maria Montessori and passionate twin sister- team teachers, Rhyme and Reason ensures an innovative experience and community for parents and chil

dren. Rhyme and Reason is a hands-on school that gives each child an opportunity to explore creations of all kinds through structured as well as free-time curriculum. Rhyme and Reason Preschool of the Arts’ mission is to encourage, inspire and guide every child through a school that is based on community, experience and learning through the arts. Our Philosophy and Curriculum:

Learning through experience is a key objective for a child to learn and discover how to be self sufficient. Knowing the ABC’s, 123’s, colors, textures, feelings, problem solving and many more principles can all be learned by experience and fun activities. That’s why we offer a variety of experiences from music, painting, drawing, yoga, cooking, science experiments, dance, theatre and more! In addition to obtaining the fundamentals of education, your children will establish confidence, pride, and sense of self. We believe that the creative process is the best way for children to master the foundations, become independent thinkers, and build the desire to keep learning. The school consists of mixed age classrooms, 2 ½ to 5 years old, which allow children to not only gain knowledge from others, but also help or teach others and become a leader, a skill that is undoubtedly beneficial throughout their lives. Mixed ages also allow for a more intimate community, mirroring a family style atmosphere that some children are familiar with at home, having siblings. Being surrounded by children of varying ages strengthens the ability for a child to adapt. This cohesive environment will foster positivity, teamwork, friendship, and present the importance of support. There is an Art to everything.

This position is for a 4 hour art based preschool program. We need someone from 8:15-12:45 Monday-Friday. We are looking for someone who is energetic, loves kids, has had previous experience and they must be vaccinated.

No big deal.... just had a blast with some awesome Chiefs! Every week at preschool we have a different theme which incorporates all of the fundamentals. This week we learned all about football since the season is going to start soon. These players were our first special guests of the school year! They were incredible. Thank you!
