Come see our production of URINETOWN!
In the not-so-distant future, a terrible water shortage and 20-year drought has led to a government ban on private toilets and a proliferation of paid public toilets, owned and operated by a single megalomaniac company: the Urine Good Company. If the poor don’t obey the strict laws, they’ll be sent to the dreaded and mysterious “Urinetown.” After too long under the heel of the malevolent Caldwell B. Cladwell, the poor stage a revolt, led by a brave young hero, fighting tooth and nail for freedom from the brutal control of the UGC. A brilliant satire modeled off the plays of Kurt Weill and Bertolt Brecht, Urinetown is a wickedly funny, fast-paced, and surprisingly intelligent comedic romp.

March 2-4 at 7:30pm and March 4 at 2:00pm
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for seniors, and students are FREE.

Today I am sharing the sad news that one of our Rockhurst High School Theatre alums, Trevor Weinrich has passed away. He was a wonderful person and performer. We created wonderful memories with Trevor and are devastated to lose him so soon.

Service Information from the family: Celebration of Life services will begin at 10:30am on Tuesday, August 9, with a rosary at St. Thomas More Parish, located at 11812 Holmes Rd, followed by Mass at 11am. A reception will be held at Blue Hills Country Club, located at 777 W. Burning Tree Drive, between the hours of 1pm and 5pm. We are also asking for those of you who have pictures or stories that you would like to share with us, to please send them to Christy Shively at [email protected]. We would very much like to include those memories in our video memorial for everyone to witness and enjoy in celebrating our Trevor.

A few shots from last night’s dress rehearsal! Group numbers are performed with recorded music wearing mask. We chose to do solos and duets outside and distanced from the audience and other cast members to allow our performers to sing without masks.
