🏀 MLA Basketball Camp — Day 3! 🏀

What a FUN way to finish up our MLA Basketball Camp! Our campers brought lots of energy and enthusiasm to our final day as we put all of our skills together.

Day 3 was all about shooting, defense, and rebounding! We got in lots of shots, worked on defensive skills, practiced rebounding, and spent plenty of time scrimmaging. The kids had so much fun putting everything they had learned throughout camp into action!

From dribbling and ball handling to passing, teamwork, shooting, defense, and rebounding, our campers worked hard, encouraged one another, and improved their game, all while having a LOT of fun! 🏀

And what better way to wrap up three great days of basketball than with an ice cream! 🍦 The campers enjoyed a sweet treat, celebrated all their hard work, and ended camp with lots of smiles and happy memories.

We are so proud of our MLA campers and can’t wait to see them keep growing and loving the game! 🏀🦅

🏀 MLA Basketball Camp — Day 2! 🏀

We had another GREAT day at MLA Basketball Camp! Our campers continued building their skills while having fun, working together, and putting what they learned into action.

Day 2 was all about passing, teamwork, and putting it all together! We worked on the triple threat position, passing, dribbling, and shooting, while learning how important it is to communicate and work together as a team.

We finished by putting those skills to the test with some fun scrimmages! The kids had a chance to practice what they learned, encourage their teammates, and enjoy playing the game. 🏀

🏀 MLA Basketball Camp was a HUGE success! 🏀

We had so much fun at our basketball camp with 31 amazing kids joining us across our two sessions! It was a great few days filled with learning, laughter, teamwork, and, of course, lots of basketball!

A BIG thank you to our incredible coaches who led the camps Byron Alexander, Chelsey Kelso, and Meagan Miller! We are so thankful for the time, energy, and enthusiasm you poured into our campers. ❤️

Each day brought something new!
Day 1-we started with ball handling and dribbling, then built on those skills throughout the week. Every day included scrimmages where the kids could put what they learned into action, work together, and have fun competing.

We are excited to share that the Lord has provided Martin Luther Academy with our new 4th-grade teacher!

Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Chelsea Roth to the MLA family. We are thankful for God's continued provision and look forward to the gifts, talents, and Christ-centered leadership Mrs. Roth will bring to our students and school community.

We ask that you keep Mrs. Roth, her family, and our 4th-grade students in your prayers as she prepares to begin this new ministry at MLA. We are truly blessed to have her join our team!

Our Jump Rope for Heart Fun Day was a big hit! Students enjoyed a morning filled with activities, laughter, and lots of energy as we celebrated the end of an incredible school year. It was wonderful to see everyone having so much fun together while making lasting memories.

Martin Luther Academy MLA exists to nurture students spiritually, emotionally, and academically.

The last day of school is always filled with special memories! One of our favorite traditions was yearbook signing. It was so much fun watching students share messages, signatures, and memories with friends as they celebrated an amazing 2025–2026 school year.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Martin Luther Academy Golf Tournament this year! We were blessed to have 12 teams join us for a beautiful day filled with fellowship, fun, and friendly competition.
