Marina del Rey Convention and Visitors Bureau has adopted a pelican I drew years ago for some vacation Bible school material and for several years they've had me draw him in various outfits for holidays and special occasions. They call him Marty. I've probably done about 20 of these. Here's the latest of Marty in a space suit.

I love working on Sunday School curriculum. Here's one from a big package I just finished. It's of Mary telling Jesus at the wedding there's no more wine. When I work on curriculum, I just turn on Rush Limbaugh or an old classic movie on TV and let my mind drift as I play with my "crayons".
