Home School Band of Kansas City was started as a way to bring home schooled children together in a group band setting. Although home school students can easily take one on one lessons, there is a certain experience playing in a group that can’t be matched with private instruction.

Thanks to those who braved the construction and came to the Open House this morning! Don't worry if you missed it, there is another opportunity next week--Aug 30 9:00-11:00 AM in the basement of Pillsbury Music Center on the campus of William Jewell College. Please allow a few extra minutes to park in the Mabee Center parking lot and walk to Pillsbury. See you next week!
Don't forget our first Open House is next Wednesday Aug 23, 9:00-11:00 AM in the Instrumental Rehearsal room of the Pillsbury Music Center on the campus of William Jewell College. Come try out instruments and get all of your questions answered! Due to construction on campus, we have been asked to park in the Maybee Center parking lot. Please allow a few extra minutes to walk from the parking lot to Pillsbury.
