🔟There were exactly 10 days between the end of the Spring term and the start of the Summer term and the Class of 2027 didn’t waste a single one:
⚽️McKenzie caught up with the Kansas City sports scene checking out a Royals game and a Current game!
🛫Evan traveled to Martha’s Vineyard for some rest and relaxation with friends.
🐹Amanda took the guineas home where she reunited with her pup and caught a Cubs game.
🌊Jess took a trip to Florida to soak up the sun on the beach!
✨Now they are back and ready to roll as second year students! Best of luck, y’all!✨

🎉It was a whirlwind graduation weekend, and we’re so grateful we had the chance to celebrate each of you!
🎓Thursday evening, graduates from the Department of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Science, and Athletic Training were hooded during the 2026 PTRSAT Ceremonial Hooding, where program awards were announced and personal messages were shared for each graduate.
⚕️On Saturday, the School of Health Professions honored the Class of 2026 at the Student Recognition Ceremony.
⛰️Sunday wrapped up the celebrations with the storied KU tradition—Walk Down the Hill through Memorial Campanile. Drs. Taylor and Quintana joined SHP faculty in cheering on graduates along the way.
A very special shoutout to Maddy McGavran, who wasn’t able to attend the ceremonies (for a pretty great reason.. swipe to see why 🥰), but was celebrated from afar!
🎈Congratulations to the Class of 2026—we can’t wait to see what’s next for you!
Rock Chalk, Forever! 💙
