The new local grocery store, World Fresh Market - North had an event this weekend full of food, fun, and prizes. They handed out backpacks with school supplies to kids, including to so many Greenway otters!

Join us for Back to School Night on Thursday, August 20, from 6:00–7:30 p.m. We are excited to welcome our Greenway families back for the 2026-2027 school year!

To help with parking and traffic, families are encouraged to attend during the following timeframes:
Last names A–L: 6:00–6:30 p.m.
Last names M–Z: 6:30–7:00 p.m.

Please bring your child's school supplies and backpack to leave in the classroom.
New Students: If you have not yet submitted your child's immunization records, proof of residency, birth certificate, or parent/guardian ID, please bring these documents with you so our office staff can make copies. Please note our administrative assistant that processes enrollment is on vacation this week, but will be available to assist families starting August 10th, 8:30-4:00 at the Greenway Office.

We look forward to seeing our students and families as we kick off another great year at Greenway!

We had a wonderful June summer school program at Greenway!

In just the last week alone, we had fun on a field trip to the zoo and playing at water day💦, learned from a beekeeper🐝, had a visit from our NKC Schools transportation department’s book bus📚🚌, and celebrated positive behavior with a staff versus students World Cup game⚽️!

A little late, but we had a great last day of the 2025-26 school year at Greenway! We proudly wrapped up our first year as a school community, one team with one dream: to help all our students learn and grow. Thanks for your partnership in making our first year a success! We look forward to growing with you in the future.

Our 2nd Greenway Belonging Bash BBQ was a hit! Big thanks to our Greenway Elementary PTA for making this great night possible for our school community and to all who came.

View pick-up and drop-off times for your student in the PowerSchool Parent Portal under the Transportation tab on the left. Bus information will also be emailed directly to families tomorrow. For questions, please contact your child's summer school.
