This is a project near and dear to my heart and can’t wait to see it all unfold.

This winter we have chosen to partner with Law Farms to host a Popcorn Fundraiser! Law Farms is a local family run farm that grows, pops and sells their own popcorn. We will be receiving 50% of the funds raised which will help provide items such as Wildflower scholarships, teacher appreciation gifts and therapy services provided by Wildflower Wellness.

If you love popcorn or want to share some for the holidays this is a great opportunity to support our school and a local KC farm! Delivery and Pick up will be on December 14th.

Below you will find an order form with many different flavors of pre popped corn AND kernels you can stash in the pantry for movie nights!

New skatepark being designed at Riverside In Riverside, the 5,382-square-foot Renner Brenner Skatepark has influenced the quality of life for countless active participants. Constructed in June of 2006, the designated space has provided young people with the opportunity to hone their skating skills and practice tricks.

Wildflower Montessori is looking for full-time co lead teacher to join our Wildflower East team. The job will require willingness to learn a modern Montessori method as used in our classrooms daily .

The ideal candidate would be patient, kind, good at communicating with parents and fellow teachers, organized, clean, energetic and has a passion for watching little ones learn and grow each day. Also, previous experience or knowledge of montessori is a plus!

During their time in each classroom the students work on a variety of subject such as language, science, math, geography practical life, sensory and social/emotional skill building. All of these areas are introduced through many different hands on activities, group work, art projects, music and story telling.

The teachers at Wildflower work together as a team so the ideal candidate will be open and willing to build relationships with their co teachers and work together to create a safe, loving, fun and educational environment for the children.

Wildflower is looking for a Lead Toddler teachers to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children ages 1-2.5 yrs old. The ideal candidate would be patient, kind, good at communicating with parents and fellow teachers, organized, clean, energetic and has a passion for watching little ones learn and grow each day.

During their time in the toddler classroom the students work on a variety of subject such as language, science, math, practical life and sensory. All of these areas are introduced through many different hands on activities, group work, art projects, music and story telling.

During a normal day a teacher would be responsible for changing diapers, potty training as needed, serving meals, keeping the classroom clean and tidy, circle time curriculum, montessori work plans, recess, art, music, games and nurturing the social and emotional growth of each student.

The teachers at Wildflower work together as a team so the ideal candidate will be open and willing to build relationships with their co workers and work together to create a safe, loving and educational environment for the children.

Wildflower is looking for a qualified teacher to join our infant classroom. The ideal candidate is able to work together as a team to help our infants grow and learn. A typical day in the infant room consists of feedings, diaper changes, nap time, art, story time, music, one on one activities to encourage typical milestone development and LOTS AND LOTS of cuddles and snuggles :)

Continuing education and CPR/First Aid trainings are provided by employer.
