ated in Kansas City, Kansas, USA, serving students in grades 9-12. The school currently operates in the Kansas City Kansas Unified School District. The principal is Jean Carter and the assistant principals are Michael Boyda, William Fernandez, Edward Franco, and Lazell Williams. The school mascot is the Hawk and the school colors are purple and white. The current enrollment of the school is around 1,300 students. Harmon High School is a member of the Kansas State High School Activities Association and offers a variety of sports programs. Athletic teams compete in the 6A-5A division and are known as the "Hawks". Extracurricular activities are also offered in the form of performing arts, school publications, and clubs.

The application for the Health Exploration Program is now open! The program is for 7th through 12th grade students that attend Wyandotte County middle and high schools. Students will participate in hands-on health activities, learn about health and medical careers, meet college students and healthcare professionals, and work together on a health-related project!

The Health Exploration Program will occur after school on Wednesdays from late October through early May from 2-5pm. The program is held at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Snacks and transportation are provided. Students are paid a stipend for participating in the Health Exploration Program.

Students can apply at https://redcap.kumc.edu/surveys/?s=D9KJ9XTR9H The deadline to apply is September 20th at 11:59pm.
